There’s one new feature at AnB which we would like you to know about…And you are looking at it right now. This is our new website featuring details and descriptions of areas of our business which you may not have known about. Of course, we still have our easy-to-use online catalog and ordering service which you can connect to by simply clicking either “Login” or “Order.” We hope you have the opportunity to look around. We certainly have been working hard on this.
As you know we have been providing discount office supplies and furniture for years. But perhaps you will notice some of the services we provide- such as commercial printing- which we have done for years, but perhaps you were unaware of. Or maybe you did not know that we feature janitorial products, office food products, technology products- basically, everything you may need to use around the office- at extremely discounted prices.
In the future, we will feature articles about the industry which you may find informative and maybe even interesting. |

| The Independent Dealer and the Superstores |
The emergence of the Big Box superstores over the past 10 years created a necessity for small to medium independent dealers to come up with a way to match pricing or face the prospect of losing business. The main factor here is purchasing power. Independently, competing on prices with the superstores would not be possible due to the inequality of purchasing power.
However, AnB has overcome this issue by partnering with Trimega, a national purchasing organization. The organization includes 400 independent dealers, and AnB has been a member for the past 10 years.
As a member of Trimega, AnB effectively attains the purchasing power of the superstores. By obtaining this pricing they can pass on the savings to the consumer and stay at the front of the competition. |

Additionally, AnB is a member of the National Office Products Alliance (NOPA). This organization is comprised of many small to medium businesses and works hard to lobby for the issues pertinent to independent office supply dealers.
Part of the allure of this organization is that their lobbying efforts affect legislative change for the benefit of all small to medium sized businesses .
AnB is proud to support such efforts. NOPA also keeps AnB up to date on the latest industry trends. Together, these organizations help AnB stay at the front of the competition. |
